While we were staying there we had a great time. The waterpark was great and the outdoor pools were very warm. The only thing that upset us was when a friend of ours' son got his arm stuck on the slide and he had to go to the hospital. Otherwise we couldnt ask for more!!!

The only reason we left was because we couldnt afford to stay any longer! We had allready stayed 9 days more then our original plan. It was the best 3 weeks, 2 das of our lives!

Definately my first choice when staying in Duluth. The kids love the water park and so do I. My only complaint is the weekend rate.
The price is resonable during the week, but the weekend rates are too high, almost triple.

i liked the new design added to the hotel, very clean and the service was amazing. the rooms were very clean and well prepared and the counter service was very polite and always willing to help with a smile.

This is a motel in dire need of refurbishing. Stained carpeting, slow-draining sink, a tub/shower that we didn't want to get into, and room carpeting that had several years-worth of dust around all of the edges was way too expensive. Went for a wedding. They never emailed a confirmation and so we called to check our reservation in advance to make sure of the price. When we arrived the price was $60 per night higher than what they said on the phone and said the rest of the wedding party had the same price. Found out later the rest of the party was paying the cheaper price. ...

I loved watching the sailboats from my balcony. All of my family members could do different things such as the play area, work out area, and the hot tub and fully enjoy the say without being "stuck in a room".

My family is a repeat visitor to the hotel and waterpark. During our last visit in July, we were told the room had a view, it did, the garbage dumpster area, nothing else. The room was dirty, the bathroom shower curtain had black mold on it (when housekeeping came to replace it, they agreed it was definatly mold). To top it all off, the front desk didn't care. We won't be going back!!
