My family is a repeat visitor to the hotel and waterpark. During our last visit in July, we were told the room had a view, it did, the garbage dumpster area, nothing else. The room was dirty, the bathroom shower curtain had black mold on it (when housekeeping came to replace it, they agreed it was definatly mold). To top it all off, the front desk didn't care.
