This motel was very cozy and nice for the winter time price. Although I believe the price goes up in the summer, it is close to Boyne Highlands and Boyne Mountain in the winter and is in a nice little town. The rooms are cozy and had a rustic feel. I liked it much better than a run of the mill hotel or motel. Also, there is a very nice restaurant next door called Charley's, if you stay here, you have to check that out!!!
