This was a beautiful hotel, very clean, modern, exceptional front desk person named Amy! We were in town for a dance competition and found the hotel, even though very busy, quiet and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub and free game area with air hockey and foose ball and small basketball room! The beds were very comfortable and easy free parking. Would definately stay there again if ever back in Lansing.

Best in Lansing
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/31/08
I travel here very frequently and look forward to it. The beds are by far the best of any hotel chain. The staff offers service paralled to that of the Ritz or St. Regis. Christie's Bistro offers great selections at a modest price along with room service. It may be a little more costly compared to other hotels in the area, but if you're ...
I have been at this hotel twice in the past couple years, and prefer it to another "great" hotel. The beds are very comfortable to sleep on (most make my hips hurt during the night to the point I can't sleep). The restaurant in the lobby is great and the pool facilities are wonderful! As long as they have a room for the weekend of my conferences, I will be staying here every year. Two thumbs up!
This hotel was very clean and immaculate, with great beds to sleep in. I was visiting due to a conference, but I will make it my business to go back for a pleasure trip because the beds were so inviting and comfortable. I'm the type of person who likes to travel but long for my own bed sooner or later. The Lansing Sheraton's comfort and service didn't make me miss my own bed!

Great Stay!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/01/07
Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Check in was fast and efficient, and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and affordable, we paid $121. When I inquired about the differences in the rates that someone wrote about here, they said the rates are based upon availability, so when the hotel is full, the rate is ...

no wireless internet
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/16/06
you have to pay additional for wireless internet in the rooms? i have been at cheaper hotels (even red roof inn and quality inn has it available in the rooms for free.... if you want to use the wireless you have to get dressed and go all the way downstairs to use it!!!
Considering they refer to themselves at the Sheraton Lansing Hotel as the "crown jewel" of Lansing, you'd think they would get their act together and try to provide decent service to their guests and their employees. Instead, the hotel is regularly understaffed, plans their events poorly, and charges erratic room rates. Definitely not an impressive example of hospitality!
