    cancelled a reservation 4 months in advance and still got charged...even with a cancellation number. waiting for a refund from best western .....no response from the hotel itself...had to go through the reservations number for Best Western.

  • A Very Bad Experience For Senior Citizens

    We stayed here 5/19 and it was an awful experience. They gave us a room in Building 9 away from the Main Hotel and we either had to walk outside for a long walk with no lites or inside up and down stairs to get to the Main Lobby. I had asked them for a location that is close and this is what I got. When we opened the door to the room, no lights ...

  • No Soda

    My wife and I spent a night in May. We liked the room,location and breakfast buffet. Both soda machines were out of order and the hallways looked like they had not been swept in a long time. It just looked like no money had been put into the place for awhile.Would we stay again? Probably not.

  • worst service and unprofessional

    Stayed in this hotel in August. The manager did not know her left from right. First they gave me the wrong room, I called best western customer service to complain and it took more than two hours to get a comparable room. The room they gave me smelled so bad. To make matters worst,someone took my information from the reservation to harass me on the ...
