Great location for a Boston stayBecause of a snowstorm we were very late getting in (1:30am) - and the staff was still upbeat, courteous and helpful.
We love that there is a starbucks in the hotel. Room and linens were clean and comfortable.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed atFirst off, I'd like to say that I work in the hospitality industry, and this hotel is not up to par at all. I put a do not disturb sign on my door when I arrived. To my suprise a team member just came walking in, no knock or anything. Then I go to take a shower and there are small hairs all over the room including the bed. Very disgusting. Nice But Too Big...I might be a little bios here because I was upgraded to a presidential suite (Platinum Starwood Preferred Guest) which was an absolutely magnificent layout with 3 bedrooms, fully furnished dining room, kitchen & 4 bathrooms. I was travelling alone so this huge room was kind of a waste but still I am not complaining.

Excellent location!This hotel is in an excellent location. Walking distance to Copley Square, Fenway... T station is just one short block away as is bus service
into Cambridge.

Was expecting more.Although the location is great, the rooms were small and worn. We were put in a hancicapped room with no tub -- just a sit down shower. I have no idea why. The remote control was sticky, there were no ashtrays in our smoking room, and the view was pretty bad (7th floor). The girl at the concierge desk was snotty, as well. Overpriced and Bad ServiceI am writing this from a greasy keyboard on an overcrowed public pc area in the hotel lobby. Why? Because after paying $259 (and add about 12% on to that for taxes) a night for a room , they want another $10/day for in-room internet service. BTW, if you expect to work out while here, you'll pay extra for that, as well.

Fun for the familyGreat place for a family. Kids loved the pool, Mom and Dad liked being able to walk indoors to many attractions. Everything is extra!Nice Looking lobby when you walk into the hotel. very clean and buzy.
