Service was great - gracious, efficient and attentive. Room was nice - clean, amazingly quiet despite being next to the soda/ice machine, across from the elevator and overlooing the parking lot! Would highly recommend it.
My wife and I spent a week in Cambridge on vacation. We stayed at the Sheraton Commander. It was a great experience and it has a great location. It is close to many attractions, as well as the subway "T" stop. The room was comfortable, spacious, and clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

location is excellent...harvard "T" line is 5 min away...our room had just been renovated...excellent job...staff was very helpful...excellent meal at bertuccis...great bread ...reasonable price...will definitely stay there again...note: parking is $25 per day!
I think this is one of the best-kept secrets in Boston. Located right off Harvard Square, this older, charming hotel is on a quiet street and yet within easy walking distance to the subway, fabulous restaurants, the Square and all it's street entertainers, and so much more. The staff is very helpful and accomodating. The rooms are a bit small, but very well maintained.

This is excellent location for doing with Harvard Law and five minutes walk to Harvard Square. From outside it looks like a well kept older building but inside it is a classic hotel. Relatively small dining room and lounge area but good food. The rooms have quality furnishing. Special kudos from me to house keeping; and to the night staff who came up to my room to advise me of an important call since I was online.
