Previous reviews may have reflected construction. My wife, 2 kids (3 years and 8 months) and I found the staff very friendly. Even the cleaning staff always said hello and double checked when we said we didn't want our room cleaned (Kids!).

The hotel does offer a great view of Boston from across the river. Beds are very comfortable. These are the pluses. Location makes it very difficult to walk to any resturants leaving only the hotel resturant. If the hotel is busy prepare to not eat or eat very late. No coffee in the morning unless you buy it.

Excellent value with priceline, sometime even cheap. I've stayed here about 12 times since Jan. 1st. The rooms are excellent. Only drawback is that parking is expensive and it is not near a T-stop. There is a shuttle van, but you have to request it early in the morning, and there is limited service. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
