Post renovation = this hotel is fantastic. Great service, clean rooms, great gym, great & FREE shuttle service, lobby convenience store, drinks at the bar are strong, and very quiet! Highly recommended for the price!

The staff are unprofessional, especially the front desk people and some higher management personnel. I complained about the noise from the on-going renovation but was given a cold shoulder by the said arrogant hotel management. I expected free hot breakfast as one would with this kind of hotel but they have done away with this as I was told.

The room I stayed in was clean and fresh. That is the only good thing about my stay.
