The staff was very rude to me and my daughter. The restaurant food was cold and disgusting and let's not even talk about the wait staff. Will never stay at this "dinosaur" of a hotel again. The staff and the hotel is stuck in the "80s". Rehab and fresh management needed!!!!

We had a great time! The hotel staff is very friendly! We will be back for our 42nd anniversary!

It's close to the race track good food nice people at desk just a good time. close to town for a fun time down town. I'll be back in 2007. best race in the fall.

This hotel is by far the best property in
Hagerstown. I stay in this area a lot and have been in most of the other hotels and they don't compare. Reasonable price too. There is a restaurant on site; very convenient. My room was larger than most
