Just got back from a stay here for my birthday and had a great time but this place was disappointing. The staff was not friendly at all and only went through the motions of their jobs. Had a great time!! Staff awesome, condo very nice, everything was just great! We had a deluxe 2 bedroom unit on the 14th floor it was very nice. Recently renovated, great views, super clean. We could live there all year round. Staff was very helpful and nice. Hotel has all the amenities you could ever need. 3rd time there, we will be going back. A wonderful time!

We only got to stay 1 night as our previous hotel (The Grand, don't stay there) said they had no rooms for our last night there and when we checked out they said they had vacancies! We checked into The Carousel the place was great, the staff was very friendly even though it was very busy, we got to check in early, great pools, beach, ice skating. Room was clean, bathroom was clean, fresh towels. I would definitely stay there again!!

This was the worst, most enraging, and rudest place I have ever had the misfortune of spending 4 days at. My friends and family rented 4 rooms over Easter weekend 06. Traveled from upstate NY to OC for a long weekend of golf. After trolling the net for 1 week and comparing different packages, this place hooked us up. There were three of us so the 2 queen/pullout on the ocean side is all we needed.

This place is ok but is way overpriced. In 2006 its more expensive than the Hilton! The pools are nice although the outdoor pool gets crowded. Seasons restaurant is way too expensive. If your rich, sure come here, however in 2006 the Hilton is a much better hotel.
