WE loved our room in the Portside Lodge. What a gorgoues view, ocean lobster boats! Squeaky clean with wonderful amenities, toiletries, chocolate, fireplace. The buffet breakfast was loaded with choices for everyone...hot and cold buffet. I really found the staff so nice to deal with. We will return!

We booked for a birthday weekend. The day we arrived, we were told the main dining room was closed b/c a bus tour was using it. We had trouble finding the place. When we called, they left us on hold for awhile. The rooms were okay. Only the maids were friendly to us. The receiption desk were snotty to us. Rooms were out dated. It was like a cheap motel. My friends room was a little nicer. Breakfest was so so. We spent $250 a night and no where worht the money.
