The staff was very impersonable. The hotel was very noisy. The service in the restaurant was slow but the food was ok. The fitted sheets on our bed were stretched out or not the correct size because they came off all night and our heads were laying on the bare mattress. We would never stay at the hotel again and will be cautious to stay at any Holiday Inns again.

I've been staying at the Holiday Inn Holidome for several years with a set rate. We had a wonderful stay. Everything that you could possibly want was there. Lots of things to keep children occupied. GREAT STAFF!

The rooms were very nice and clean. When we booked, they failed to tell us that the pool was undergoing maintainence. We were not able to use it at all. There is no free continental breakfast, you have to pay $10 for the resturant's buffet. Also, this hotel was in a very bad neighborhood. My car was vandalized during the night. The manager did nothing. I will not be staying there ever again.

When we got there we noticed that the hotel was under renovation. We were happy to hear that all of the sleeping rooms were renovated and that they were just working on the lobby. The room was very clean and fresh. Wonderful Staff! Very good place to stop with children....indoor pool.
