The staff is lazy and doesn't do much of anything. It took me about an hour to check out because the girl at the front desk was talking on the phone and would not get off. The rest rooms are nasty in the lobby, the floors are always sticky, the carpet is always dirty. I don't see people cleaning the lobby often but when I do it seems like ...

The facility was run down. The room was dirty, mold on the phone, dust build up on the electrical outlets, shower was so small cracks on the wall with the faucet, spiders behind door. Rude front office help and the complimentary breakfast was a joke. False advertising. This motel/hotel needs to be knocked down and rebuilt to represent its name "Quality" Inn because there is no "Quality!!!!"

First and last visit for us! Not a good family area. Facilities VERY rundown!!

Ants in bathroom, very noisy at night, did not feel safe in this part of town.

somehow it took really long for the hotel staff to check us in... even though we had bought the "good buy" deal of yahoo, which is supposed to be pre-paid... but the hotel didn't had any information on that... and then it took about an hour or so to clear up things, before they gave us the room keys... it was very unprofessional staff... will rather pay that amount and stay at a marriot or somewhere...
