this hotel is no longer open due to owners not paying loan payments....this has been an ongoing problem since a fire destroyed a few rooms within the hotel........city of owensboro now owns the property and are going to tear it down.please call ahead to verify the closure i have described

I purchased a package in April for the Chris Knight - Schooter Jennings concert. I have recently learned about the hotel's being demolished. Can anyone tell me if they are in this situation and how are you going about being reinbursed. I haven't heard one word from any one on this. What was once a beautiful hotel has turned into a dump. About 1/3 or more of the rooms are closed off due to a fire and the ones that are open are dirty and nasty. Hotel running on a shoestring budget. The Hotel lounge has turned into a biker bar. BEWARE.
