The rooms were very clean and really nice, but the first night we went to use the hot tub it was luke warm. We didn't get time the 2nd night. not very impressed
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/05/07
We go to Abilene every year, this place works for the money, but my biggest problem was the pool was at 60 degrees and they refused to try to heat it up. When you have a lot of families with kids and there is a pool, that is hotel entertainment. We were very upset that we couldn't use it

Stuck in a Smokers Room

No visible outlets in the room except the ...

Great price, good night sleep
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/13/06
Handy location, pleasant check in staff. Clean basic room. Has a coffee pot. Close to interstate, but a quiet nights sleep. Can't beat the price. Saved enough money on this motel, we could afford to go to Brookville Hotel for chicken.
We were quite disappointed during a stay at this hotel. The bed was just horrible to sleep on, you couldn't sit on the commode, it leaned so far forward, our room was in the back next to the garbage dumpsters and therefore, we had flies in our room. We had just flown in, so we were very tired, and could not sleep on the mattress. We loved Abilene, but would never stay there again.
