cancelled my reservation and not only did they not cancelled correctly but they charge my bank for full price. when I called back to speak with a manager he supposed to have taken care of this mess! next day my account was charged again. called back to speak with a manager spend 2hours on the phone! and you guest it! my account was charge again.
I finally went to my bank to dispute the charges and have them deal with this people.

I did not saty in the hotel so i cant comment on the roome, but the lobby was nice. The waterpark itself was awesome. 2 body slides go outside, then come back inside to the pool. 2 tube slides, single or double, do the same. Awesome kid area with 2 3 smaller slides, splash areas, and a lazy river. Lifeguards were very nice and helpful. Great experience!!
