I liked the place a whole lot I went here for my senoir prom and I really enjoyed it. I had the time of my life the staff were friendly and the doorman was extra nice and also polite. I had no dislikes about this place at all.

The Westin was a beautiful hotel. The reservation desk staff were courteous, spoke several languages, and went out of their way to help guests.

The room was very nice, the bathroom's deep tub a delight. I especially liked the robe's tag which said something to effect that if I really really liked it, I could purchase it versus ...

Great beds, great location, shopping is right there and all of the good restaurants are also very close, it was recently redone and is very nice, relaxing get away.

I like it becsause is affortable for anybody and I feel that is close to everything.You could walk to the lake,navy pier,the river your just a trolly away from the museums and your right on the shopping street michigan ave.

like it because its right in the middle of everything, no need to rent a car or commute much to get around chicago's tourist spots. A little pricey however

Great location, Beds are better than the ones at home. Very modern, defies typical Chicago style. Charge for internet connection which is unacceptable when value chains offer it for free.

The beds are amazing. I don't think I've ever had a better nights sleep! The rooms are well decorated and of average size with average bathroom. The staff was very accomodating to our needs. This is my favorite place to sleep in chicago!
