The Front desk staff was excellent. This is a nice cozy place to rest. It is my new favorite place in Springfield. It's aforable, quiet, and clean. I wish I could have stayed a little longer. It's perfect for relaxing after a long roadtrip. I'll definitely be back!

Hotel was cheap and you get what you pay for. Building is old and needs repair, carpet was dirty and disgusting, rooms, halls all smelled bad. Clock in room wasn't working, breakfast was minimal (old bagel, old bread, cold cereal). I would not go back. If there was a "fitness center", it was well hidden.

Good location. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Lobby was clean but hallways were dimly lit and the carpet was filthy. Bedding was clean. the room was nice, the pool was nice, the staff was nice, the breakfast was great and delicious! it is very well located, and was perfect for our route 66 trip last july!

The staff there was very pleasant and friendly, especially the lady at the front desk who checked us in. The amenities there were very satisfactory. Another good thing about the hotel is that it was right off I-55 which took us southbound to our next stop which was in St. Louis.

The room was plain. The lobby was beutiful!!! The building itself is somewhat old and 'rickity'. They had a very nice pool. The money was worth it, but only for one night. I would not spend more money on that same hotel. The service was excellent, everyone was VERY nice.
