We had a park and stay at hotel and staff was very frendly best of all it takes less than 10 minutes to get to the airport. for the price we even got a free hot breakfast

We were subject to stay at this establishment when our overseas flight cxld! The front desk clerk was rude the room was filthy..I slept in full sweats!The bed and pillows were by far the worst I have ever had in a room! I woke with a backache. I disliked the noisy location when I first arrived. I arrived on a Monday and checked out on a Tuesday...stayed for ONE night and in return for my $100, i received about 100 BED BUG BITES!
One week later, I still have TONS of bites that itch every now and then. They are driving me crazy. Save yourself and DO NOT STAY AT THIS FILTHY HOTEL. my room was 211.

Don't book a stay here! We booked a night since we had a layover. Our international flight into O'Hare was very late - we got in at 10:30pm instead of at 3pm. We went to where the shuttle pickup was and waited...and waited...and waited...for nearly 2 hours, along with hordes of other people trying to get to the same place. There was ...
The personnel were friendly and the shower was clean. The room was confortable although the beds are not that great. Continental breakfast was pretty poor. Overall pretty good considering the price and location.

Our car was damaged while we were using a Park-n-Fly package and the hotel refused to do anything for us.
