This hotel is located in the midst of eveything! There is a place for the children to play directly across the street and there is also a resturant to eat adjacent to the hotel. You are at the best shopping on michigan ave.
When the best you can say about a hotel is the location and at least 20 others are in walking distance, it needs something else (no internet connection) to increase its value. Prices were discounted to the $150/day range for the weekend we chose to visit. Now I see others in the same area near the $100/day range. Wish I had seen those prices when I ...

Great Hotel and Location
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/09/05
The hotel was very clean and convienient to everything. It was also nice having a fridge and microwave in our room.
We stayed in a suite with our 17 year old daughter and her friend. The first night we found out the sleeper sofa was broke. The next morning we called to report it and they sent us a rollaway bed (twin size) The girls used the mattress from the sleeper sofa and slept on the floor for the remainder of the trip. We never could get them to give us ...
DEFINITLY THE BEST LOCATION AND SERVICE FOR THE PRICE IN CHICAGO!!! THE EMPLOYEES HERE WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. THE ROOMS WERE A GOOD SIZE AND HAD NICE LITTLE KITCHENETTES. IT WAS RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF EVERYTHING. THE NIGHTLIFE WAS IMMEDIATELY ON ONE SIDE OF THE HOTEL, WHILE SHOPPING WAS RIGHT ON THE OTHER. SO CLOSE, THAT I DIDN'T MIND WALKING IN THE SNOW!!!

Wonderful location and value

Some of the rooms are suites with a separate living room + fold out sofa. My suite this week was large ...

The pictures in the internet made this Hotel look wonderful inside. However, once we arrived in our room we were very disappointed in what we saw. The couch was dirty with cigarette burns all over. The bed that was suppose to be a queen was barely a double. The carpet was dirty. The kitchenette area was old and run down. It made staying in this room very uncomfortable. Thanks Sandra Samb

Have two positive things about this hotel, one is the location. Right by Michigan Avenue with lots of shops and good places to eat. Also the front desk was very friendly.
But the room was dirty, had an odor, the faucet was dripping non-stop, noisy, their version of a free continental breakfast was two muffins and two juices in the ...
