REMOTE DID NOT WORK FOR TV, VERY ANNOYING! BUT BED WAS SOFT AND COMFORTABLE, I WAS ABLE TO GO TO SLEEP RIGHT AWAY!

I booked this room for my parents and they were not happy with the housekeeping at this hotel. The room was not clean. The room was old and dirty.

Toilet broke, no response from staff, had to repair myself. HVAC unit also broken, had to repair myself. Horrible experience, never let anyone book that hotel again!!!
