Great service, great food, and a very nice room. Warm and friendly staff. The hotel just went through a major interior renovation and they did a superb job. I will return when I'm back in this area. A 4 star hotel with a 5 start attitude.

It was the night after our wedding reception and we hoped to have a romantic stay in a Jacuzzi/Whirlpool Suite. The Hyatt Woodfield is great! Their location is ideal for shopping at the Woodfield Mall (right across the street!!!). I look forward to going back! The rooms are nice and big and the pool is great. My children loved it.

For the money paid it was a poor experience the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean however for the price paid there is much better out there look arround before you commit to this hotel.

Very poor service and amenities for a Hyatt, and a Grand Hyatt on top of that. It doesn't even compare to a Westin, or a Marriott Renaisance.
