room smelled like smoke. need better soundproofing. bathroom needs to get the grout out. no hot water for a shower. breakfest was bad. the a/c was loud. didn't cool enough. the internet didn't work. i wouldn't stay here again.

The room was clean and spacious. Great location. Lots of restaurants nearby. Friendly staff. The internet was a little slow. Need to be careful when entering the parking garage due to sharp turns.

Booked this hotel through hotels.com and was required to pay in advance. Upon arriving, I was informed that my reservation was canceled. I am still fighting hotels.com and Best Western to get my money back.

The customer service was marginal at best with the exception of a one employee who went out of his way. The room was clean, but the rest of the hotel really was not sparkling. The air conditioning in common areas and room did not work in August in 90 degree heat. We killed at least five spiders a day in the room. The carpet around the airconditioning unit was damp and moldy. The furniture in the lobby was dirty. Since we were with a group, we could not move. No one on staff seemed to care about the dirt or the spiders. I was quite surprised that this was a Best Western. The only thing nice was the location.

They charge $30 if you check in early - even an hour. The staff at the desk is not helpful. The place is dreary. The prices have gone up enormously and it is no longer a good value.
