This is a nice place. A couple of minor problems, but not a big deal. A wonky toliet handle that doesn't quite flush right and a non-working floor lamp.

They do have room joining doors which seem to be rather thin. Yesterday it was like someone left Univision blaring but it actually the guest next door.

Other than that, tasteful decorating, nice furniture in a clean and spacious room.

Being that I travel for business several weeks a month I find it imperative that I find a hotel that makes me feel at home. Everyone on staff at the Hilton Lisle, from the bell staff to the front desk, goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and at home. This should be your first choice if on business to Naperville/Lisle. I have stayed at every hotel around Lisle and NONE have the same level of customer service.
Shuttle service is outstanding. ALL other Naperville hotels require scheduling of shuttle service, the Hilton will accomodate your request anytime anywhere. Food is great, service is unmatched!
