non-smoker put in a smoking roomWe had stayed at Best Western Collinsville Inn before, but this experience was awful. We normally stay in a ground floor non- smoking room and have been very please. The room was clean.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVERReservations were made two months in advance with reservation numbers and the hotel was holding our luggage and when we returned to check in the they had given our rooms away. In addition, they provided no service to help in securing other housing.
