I had a terrible experience here and returned home with over 50 bed bug bites that were verified with a doctor. The hotel manager did not believe me, even after I sent him photos!!!

Walking it the smell of natural gas hung in the air. The natural gas fireplace must be leaking? The ceiling in the lobby was leaking like the (really nice) waterfall on the wall. The roof was leaking in the bar area to the extent that the water was splashing out into the walkway 5 feet away. The room didn't stink, but it wasn't nice. ...

when we 1st checked in the service was ok... but after that the service for worse as the weekend went on.... the beds in the room were very hard.. and the rooms were not clean... one person in our group found dirty towels and sheets when we checked in... the location is ok.. a little hard to find b/c it's all the way at the end of frontage rd.. ...
