Every time, we come to Hawaii. We stay here. There is so much history to this place. The hotel is right off the beach. The service it awesome. The valet are very friendly as well. It is pricey. The restaurants are a bit pricey and are okay. We love the evening entertainment.

We paid for an upgrade and got put in the worst room! It was an attic with 3 tiny windows. Very old! They moved us to another room which was smaller, filthy carpets and a dog bath. The shower curtains were stained. Very disappointed!!

My wife and I have been staying at the MOANA every feb.since 1997.We just love the place.My wife has stayed there appox 20 times.Service is great.Gloria,Brandon and Nancy are great host.Can not wait for Feb, 2nd to get here.My cars license plate is MOANA.Need I say more.

Have stayed at Mona Surfrider twice in the last 4 yrs. Love It! We were just there late Aug. The whole family enjyed the pool and the beach.Have stayed at other Sheraton hotels in Honolulu. Nothing comes close to the excellent staff and surroundings. Great service, food and location. Will be back again next year.

What I love about this place is the location: ocean-front, private beach, center of Waikiki. Other added value: Honolulu Coffee Co. is located just outside the lobby! I gotto have my coffee in the morning, so this was perfect.

The atmosphere of this more than 100 year old building is unbeatable.
The breakfast at the veranda restaurant is perfect. We love this hotel and it gives you with the traditional hula show the best hawaiian feeling.

We visited this hotel for our honeymoon. It was a great location on Waikiki Beach from shops, restaurants, trolly drop off/pick up locations and the beach. The hotel has a small private beach and a small pool on location. There is a public beach within walking distance too.

It's no secret that beachfront Waikiki is a noisy high rise nightmare. The concrete hotel towers seem mostly crude, pragmatically designed to squeeze in as many tourist widgets as possible.
