Looks nice online. However, we experienced the worst ever hotel. Cleaniless of the room was terrible - we stayed a week, staff did not clean the bathrooms or change the soaps (clearly visible). Towels they provided had huge holes in the middle (not kidding). They did not vacuum - there was leftover food crumb under the bed which was not from us as we did not eat in the room! Hotel had a smell.

The hotel is 1 1/2 blocks from the beach and is very convenient to the city bus system, pick up points for tours and a 1/2 block to the ABC convenience store. The housekeeping staff, lobby staff and restaurant staff were very friendly. The room had 2 single beds, otherwise everything else was fine.

I stay here 16 Sep 06 before getting on my cruise ship. I have no complaints, the room was clean and will maintained all items in the kitchenette worked! The location to beach/stores/bus/shopping is good. I would use it again and recommend it to others.

This hotel offered everything that my husband and I needed during our stay. The rooms were always clean and the staff was very friendly and efficient. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a moderate priced hotel.

I chose this hotel because of the majority of comments made, big mistake. The hotel staff was not helpful,had to carry our own luggage to our room and any one can come and go as they please in the hotel (unsafe for women traveling alone).

The hotel hospitality was excellent. Very friendly people. Excellent location. We got ocean-view room.
It would have been nice to have a complimentary breakfast or at least give coffee packs in te room. The pots/pans provided in the room were not in best shaape. But, all forgiven for the best service by hotel staff and even bell-boy.

This is budget hotel, but still is on the high side for what you get.

Though I had called to request a non-smoking room, when I was checking in, I was told only smoking room was available. I said both of us would get sick if we stay in a smoking room. However, finallly we were given a non-smoking room.

Good location for the beach, and joining buses for land tours at nearby hotels.
