We have stayed at "Heidi of Hawaii" units twice and have recommended her units to others that have been equally please. They are very clean and she is so helpful with ideas of what to do. She has two units now. Do a search for her website. Coral reef protect shore and is great for snorkeling.

We stayed in a newly 1 bedroom (sleeps 4) remodeled condo with a corner lanai. It was very clean and comfortable. The amenities are not what you would expect from a large 5 star resort. However, if your looking for an oceanfront location on the North Shore, this is the place. It is perfect for touring the North Shore, the true beauty of Oahu.

Pat's is a nice place to go if you don't care about 5 star amenities, and being close to everything. To me, 5 star is right on the beach with no crowds! and that is Pat's. The room that we were in was filthy! Our bed was made, but the sheets were dirty, the dishes were dirty in the cupboards. There was a half a cup of coffee in a mug inside the cupboard. The bathroom was not clean, and we had to buy our own toilette paper! It could have been a really nice room, but it was so dirty. It also smelled like sewer outside in the parking lot. I would not stay there again!

The unit that we stayed in was on the second floor and was upgraded recently. If you're looking for a 5-star hotel accomodations, you should be somewhere else. As for me, I liked our stay there. These are nice condos on a beautiful beach. They vary in amenity because each has a different owner. Ours had an ocean view and was very nicely furnished. We did not want to deal with the Waikiki crowds and this place was perfect.

it is an OK place,no more. Basically not a hotel or anything like it but a large building with very small appartments. It is going renuvations- well needed, as many other things in it are not working.
