My wife and I were very pleased with the Radisson Prince Kuhio. From our balcony on the 8th floor we could see both Diamondhead and the beach. The room was very nicely appointed. The personnel were all very friendly and helpful. Once when I could not find an ice machine on our floor a security guard, who just happened to be passing, took my ice ...
hotel is just 2 minutes from the beach and all the action. stayed on the 7th floor, facing the ocean, if it were not for another hotel blocking my view, it would have been close to perfect, but hey, why complain when you are in Waikiki? Better view than the one I get from my offce.
Visited 4/4-4/8. As previously noted by another reviewer, this hotel is not in the busy part of Waikiki and is just a 2 minute walk to the beach. Room was nice and clean, but the bathroom was tight. TV doesn't swivel or pull out. I like the balcony views. Parking was $10 per day and in room safe $3. Elavators were slow because 1 side was being ...
The hotel staff are very helpful and courteous. The room I've stayed was okay. The wall near the vent was peeling and the room was small. The next time I vistit again, I would try a different hotel.
The service was excellent; from the front desk, housekeeping to the waiters in the restaurant. They made my stay very comfortable and they were very pleasant and acccommodating. This Hotel is the best kept secret in Honolulu. The guys taking the bags out were cool. The folks at the front desk were pleasant and helpful. No tourist store in the lobby which makes for a much more quieter stay. The view is spectacular and the walk is one block from the beach. This was my first visit to the island and I expect to go every year now and stay at the Raddison Prince Kuhio.

I couldn't really find any fault with this hotel. The minor thing I didnt like was the fact you had to pay for $3.00 per day for the use of the in-room safe if you wanted it. The prices at the restaurant were a little high, but so are other restaurants in Honolulu. The beach is only a five minute walk or less, straight down the street. ...
