I stayed at kona village 15 years ago and enjoyed living in a hut with ocean breezes and the sound of waves to fall asleep. Tiki lamps light the way through lush garden paths every night going to dinner. Lots of great food. I'm going back this fall and will update my review. Everything is included. I couldn't swim well and a staff member took me snockeling no extra charge.
