Short List: It was in a good location for traveling around the island. Pretty nice kept grounds and pools. Front desk personnel very polite and helpful.
First night, ate at the hotel (Only one place to eat) ants running around table (2 people $125.00 meal, 200+ ants). Walked into to the room, smelled very bad with mildew smell; every night ...

A solid 4 star hotel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/18/07
We just returned from a week at the Hilton for our honeymoon. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We booked a oceanview room in building 4 on the non-pool side of the building. This was well worth it since we had great ocean view and a very private location. The hotel sits by itself along with some sister condo properties. There are no other big hotels ...
An Outrigger with the Hilton name. Lots of work still needed. Rates versus comfort are way out of line.
Elevators slow, noisy and 1 of the 2 were our of service in main building.
Staff is hit or miss. Some are exceptional, some convey that we were privalaged to be there. Weird experience. In about 6 months they ight be ready - but right now - they are just making their numbers and priced too high for what they offer.

Do not go to this hotel- Believe me!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/03/06
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. We had to switch rooms three times because of different issues. The worst issue being that me and my fiancee got bed bug bites all over our bodies and were miserable all week long because of it. Furthermore, the people travelling with us had a door with a broken lock so that it ...

FANTASTIC HOTEL
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/29/06
We stayed here on the last part of our honeymoon. This was one of the cheaper hotels and my what a treat we had. The service was fantastic, food in the dining room superb (especially the Clam Chowder) i hear people complaining about the price but we found it really good value (hey were from England where everything is expensive). The hotel was ...
I picked this hotel because they said they had a hot tub. I never saw it...And..the view of garbage from my patio just ruined it for me.
Loved the drive in. For the most part the hotel is wonderful, right on the beach, lots of pools, beautiful grounds...too bad they were under construction.

Great spot close to airport and central to the largest town. service was excellent! The girls at the front desk were awesome. The pools were some of the nicest that I have seen for family resorts.

Enjoyable 1st Hawaii experience
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/19/05
This was our first trip to Hawaii, ever. Compared to the prices of the other hotels on the island, I was worried that this one wouldn't be that good because of the great price. I was wrong! The room was large and the king bed was very comfortable too! From the beginning to the end of our stay, everyone was VERY nice. They had a "thank ...
The first night in the hotel, the mold had me awake with a migraine and extreme nausea. We luckily had the hotel maintenance remove the air filters and afterwards I slept much more peacefully. Our oceanview room was magnificent. Only wish I had known about villas directly on beach which I would have picked first. Meals were fantastic. We were ...

Read this before you book your stay at the Radisson

The four rooms we saw were dark and dingy with filthy carpet. The first room had mold in the closet. The second room had garbage (like candy wrappers, diaper bag, crumbs) under the beds. They offered to upgrade us to the handicapped room, however the walls vibrated from being too close to the lounge. The fourth room hadn't been vacuumed ...
