We will go back!The room was clean; it had a refrigerator and a microwave. We had internet access. The pool was very private; it was surrounded by a beautiful brick wall and Savannah's beautiful live oaks could be seen right outside the pool. Under renovation!The hall that led to our room was under renovation..So we were awakened to the sounds of repair work. Our room also appreared to be in front of the maids closet. So we had noise from that also. The breakfast was awful. I mean how can you mess up pancakes!

Not for a FamilyWe took our grown children and got a room for 4. The beds were small doubles. My wife and I even felt crowded. Lots of road noise in our room. The heated pool was not clean.

Absolutely dreadful hotelThis is one of the worst hotel experiences I've had in years and I travel a lot. The room was on the first floor on Bay street and was incredibly noisy. There was an ear piercing alarm on the door next to my room that went off every time someone would exit. The furnishings were worn and not very clean. Don't waste your money!No room service in evening! So don't expect good service, only lies about kitchen. Don't expect to call for a pot of coffee & desert in evening ~ "kitchen closed". Back againI was here two years ago and wrote a review about the great concierge. This time we had the weekend concierge and she as not helpful at all which was very disappointing for us! In fact she was quite irritating.

Excellent Experience!The location of the Mulberry was what determined our choice and it was, as we thought, in the middle of everything. But there are a number of hotels in the Historic area. Lots of traffic noise!!We got to the hotel Sunday evening. We had asked for a room with terrace and did not get one when we arrived. We were put in a corner room which was nice but did not realize how loud it would be in the mornings. In front of the hotel is a major road for tractor trailers and construction dump trucks.
