Thank Guys for the great hospitality it was great however front desk service good use a little more customer service training. Maybe she was having a bad day.

Reservations were for a Friday & Saturday night. Called and confirmed king size room Friday afternoon and let them know it would be late check-in. When we got there, we were told that our room was given away and that the only room they had was with a pull out sleeper sofa & expect us to pay full price. Bad Service, over priced for the hotel

This hotel had nice typical Sheraton beds - Comfy and cozy, old sinks, dirty floors, bad tile and dirty tubs and a rate of $199.99 per night via Expedia. I would not reccommend staying here - bad service. I travel a ton and this Sheraton Gateway to hell did not meet my expectations of a Sheraton. The restaurant (only one) service was terrible. It ...
