The customer service and location of this hotel make it an excellent deal for the money.

If you want a five-star hotel, pick a five-star hotel. If you want a safe and quiet place with helpful clerks and housekeepers, then this is the place for you.

Right off the main drag in Kissimmee it was close to everything but not bogged down in traffic as can happen in Orlando.

We will definitely stay here again.

Econo Lodge Hotel at the Polynesian is an excelent place to stay. Its a nice and peaceful area and is surrounded by all the parks, restuarants and stores. The front desk staff are very polite and helpful. I would recommend this place highly.

Hotel rooms were clean and in good standing. Front desk agent was nice and very helpful. free shuttle service was outstanding. Bus meet it schedule time. This is good place that I recommend to people who would want to travel to Florida. What else can you expect at this low price. I cannot wait to come back to this hotel.

There were human feces in the pool early one morning , the establishment dose'nt check it apparently, partie in the parking lot at night, broken beer bottles all around, dirty rooms, fire alarms waking you up at night, empty vending machines, no hot water on occasions......need I say more?!!!!!!!!
