The roof leaked in several places very unclean environment. Could use some renovations to keep it nice. Would go back for the view if money is dropped into it a bit. Customer service could be more compassionate with displeased customers.

For a first timer to Bed and Breakfast lodging, the 1735 was an excellent choice. We stayed in the Admiral Suite.

Wakening up to a view overlooking the ocean waves was wonderful. The morning breakfast basket was a yummy treat. The warm cheese blitzes and the warm fresh muffins were great.

It was a great time of year to go. The beach was not crowded. Was able to take morning, early afternoon, late afternoon, and evening walks.
