This was the worst part of our trip and a bad ending.
1. When we pulled up - no bellhop in sight, as we made our way through the doors with tons of luggage in tow. The front desk attendant did not acknowledge us at all.
2. She offered us a "view" room and quote "the sunset from this room is fabulous", for an extra $40 bucks. ...
