NO FRILLS, NO PRETENSES, AND NO KIDS. JUST A NICE, WELL MAINTAINED ALL ADULT PLACE ON THE GULF. WE'VE GONE THERE EVERY WINTER FOR THE PAST 12 YEARS.

IF YOU HAVE YOUNG KIDS OR ARE LOOKING FOR NIGHTLIFE, IT'S NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. BUT IF YOU WANT A PLACE TO RELAX, WITHOUT SOMEONE ELSE'S KIDS SCREAMING AND JUMPING INTO THE POOL NEXT TO YOU, IT'S PERFECT

Liked it's proximity to John's Pass, restaurants, etc. without being in a congested, loud area. We've stayed there 5 or 6 times and will always try to stay there when in the area. Very reasonable rates, very friendly and helpful staff. I love being able to pick out books in the office to read while sitting out at the pool or beach ...

Been coming here for the last 12 years. Clean and quiet place to relax. Great beach and lots of things to do in the surrounding area. I am looking forward to my 9 day stay in June 08.
