Got this place through Hotwire. Then read some negative reviews about the Customer Service and other things, so we were a little worried. But when we arrived, everything was fine.

Pros:

- Port Shuttle on-time only $15
- One employee was very helpful in getting us joining rooms
- Airport Shuttle on-time, but should be more frequent then every hour and a half.
- Clean linens

Cons:
- Restuarant service extremely poor - took 2.5 hours for lunch and 2 hours foor dinner. Impossible for four kids to sit still ...

This was my 7th time in this hotel....as always, friendly staff, clean rooms, close to restaurants and malls, great location if you rent a car and drive to Downtown Miami, Sawgrass Mills etc.

I like alot of things about this hotel but mainly its location the hospitality of the staff and the rooms was really clean and the resturtant food just kept me asking for more. All in all i would stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone. And also everything is in walking distance and the hotel provivde shuttle service.

The hotel was comfortable. Reservation takes longer than normal, probable it was a very hectic weekend. The continental breakfast was poor however; the rest of the facilities and service was great.

The hotel showed signs of wear, but all I wanted was a clean comfortable bed with breakfast at a good price for two nights, and that's exactly what I got.

The staff were willing and helpful. The only glitch for me was a very long wait at reception at check in.

the tv did not work properly, the room was too hot, the phone did not work either. the room was beautiful but no clean.The service was awful

Booked two rooms online called to verify and they only had one room. So booked another room when we arrived they still only had one room for us. Took over 2 hours for them to finally get both rooms for us. They were both childrens rooms, but we were still charged for two adults rooms.
