Pros: Free Internet access (very easy to access, through Google). Great AC (my husband loved it). Near Universal Studios and there were many restaurants a block or two away.
Cons: We had requested a crib in advance for our youngest son, and it wasn't in the room when we checked in. Reported it to the staff, and they said they'd come over ...

it was very bad i almost died when i slipped on a roach,the bathroom had pee in it and the bath tub was dirty,some ones hair was in the sink and it wasn`t my wifes when i was slepping i herd noises it was scary

The hotel overall was good. The staff was helpful. The room was clean. The worst part was the smell. It wasn't terrible, but it was there. Everything else was clean. And for what you're paying for, it serves its purpose. A good place to stay if you're not planning on staying in a hotel much. Otherwise, find the 5-stars!

this place is a dive and a half. when we got there went to the room we left. everything was dirty the fridge had rust on it, and when we approached the manager he said he understood why he were leaving he admitted its a dump. dirty, lizards crawling under the door, cuz theere was no sealing, awful awful hotel
