I honestly don't know how they run this hotel.. very rude staff. And don't bother asking for a manager..

I had the worst experience in my life. This hotel rated as four star. In reality, the service you get is close to two star hotel. Do not waste your time and money.

This was the spot to be during our trip to South Beach. Great Staff and Bar staff by the pool were great. Food was good but way over priced. Florian the concierge was the key to our stay. He set up the dinner (Prime 112, Sugo,and the Vic. Whatever clubs we wanted to go he had us on the VIP list. Close to Lincoln road and Beer store across the street. I would stay again.

We arrived via town car from the airport and were greeted by smiling and polite bellmen and doorman. Upon entering we were immediately escorted to the desk to check in. The lobby is so cool, white everywhere, choice pieces of art and deco furniture. Clean, crisp and pleasant smells of fragrance.

It was an extension of our honeymoon cruise. It was spotless, high society (which my husband and I are not) and we felt like royalty. It was beutiful. They really went out of their way to help in anyway possible. The beach and pool were spectacular. I don't want to stay anywhere else when we go back to Miami, it was my favorite hotel experience, yet!
