You get what you pay for. Nice location, awesome view. If you plan to be on the beach and around Daytona then you won't mind the do-it-yourself renovations that are underway. We rented from a private owner, (rm 422) it was for the most part clean, if you can overlook a few hairs from the previous guests... pictures are a little deceiving because the rms are very small, a little out dated, and a little stinky.

We were told of the great restaurant before we arrived but it and the bar were closed, In addition the pool was drained and access to the beach was closed, Construction in the lobby and on the roof made it worse, We will never be back, Room was clean but old,

This was a great place. Our room was beautiful, great view, pool was great, so relaxing, but the deck around the pool needs work and was very hard on the feet. Yes there was some construction, but we never heard any of it going on. Overall just a great time of r&r. The staff is very friendly. We'll be back.

Overall was a great experience! Enjoyed the new renovations. New management was excellent. Onsite restaurant was the best value on the beach. Looking forward to coming back.
