The room cost you about five hundred dollars a night by the time you pay for all of the hidden fees and cost. Run away and do not even think about joining this absolute sham!!!

We arrived and it was very hectic,as it was main arrival day. The staff were professional and friendly, and offered extra help and service. The pool was clean, and the bar well stocked!! We would definitely go again.

We've been owners for over 5 years. Every year we get POUNDED by their sales department with daily phone calls to the point where we have disconnected the phones in our unit. For everyone who says the service sucks this is not like the trump tower the people hear are not going to wait on you your entire time. River Island is the best in hotel waterpark i have ever stayed at. The only real negetive is that their is a sewage smell in the east village but you cannot smell in inside the rooms.

We are owners. I really liked the slaes people. No high pressure sales pitches. The place really sales itself. We have been going for 3 years now and have yet to regret buying. We also love the RCI benfits! We used those for our Honeymoon last year to go to New England! Orange lakes is a fantastic resort and there is so much to do on-site, you really don't even need to leave. Disney is almost in your back yard!
