I loved the expedient service you received everywhere you went on the property. The Valet parking attendants were awesome. I plan to go back as often as possible. All those negative comments almost scared me off but I am glad we looked past them. I met some awesome people as well as spent some well needed rest on the beach. The room (Baytower) was clean , beautiful and spacious.

great place we were with children 2and 4 years old and they enjoyed every day we ate 8 meals in our room just wonderful we sailed with the children ,the pool was great also had lunch and drinks by pool

Did some snoopin around, this is the best set up people. Listen I have a group every year for our annual conferance and meetings then we stay couple days later with the familys to make a nice little break out of it. The Hotel is beautiful and the service was classy - not all over you. The people that wrote the negative reviews must be use to Holiday Inn. Our room was very clean and bright. The view from the tower over a white sand beach is gorgeous. This is a place to relax not a place for spring break kids or obnoxious families. If you want that go to Ft. Lauderdale, this is NAPLES!

Everything about this place is fantastic, food-service-location. I have already set up a future of constant visits. Worth every penny. Our family was blessed by our visit, I honestly cannot say anymore.

Had a long stay here and what a mistake. The rooms are in definite need of updating and the cleaning of the room left alot to be desired. Do not like coffee making facilities in the bathroom! Over priced and over rated, never again!

i LOVE THE PLACE AND LOCATION, BUT THE SERVICES COULD BE BETTER. THE PHONE DID NOT WORK, THE BATHROOM COULD HAVE BEEN CLEANER.

BALEEN IS TOO EXPENSIVE AND FOOD IS ALLRIGHT NOTHING TO BRAG ABOUT.

JUST TO GET AWAY FOR A WEEKEND THIS IS OKAY.

Our children surprised us with a weekend at the La Playa in Naples for our 25th wedding anniversary. There was a lot for both of us to do. My husband spent his mornings on the Golf Course and I at the Spa. We enjoyed our afternoons on the beach and had wonderful sunset dinners and dancing.
It was a wonderful weekend and I would come back again ...

Very dirty, service awful. Very expenisve not
worth it!! Air condition leaked, coffee pot across from the toilet.
Carpet was so dirty that I had to toss my slippers. One telephone didn't work, you had to beg for ice.

Need I say more, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!
