I really liked the breakfast in the morning. The staff was always smiling and very friendly. The courtyard is very relaxing. The Omaha Steak House was outstanding. I have never had a steak that good before.

Overall the E/S in J-ville is a good experience. The building is 25 years old, but has been remodeled. You can still see it's age in parts of your room. The two room suite is nice, but the bedding and pillows need upgrading. The staff seems nice enough, and the breakfast is OUTSTANDING. The evening manager's reception includes beer, wine and liquor, snacks are a bit light. The Omaha Steakhouse resturant in the hotel is very good.

We found this hotel to be very nice. The staff was very helpful. There were parts that could be better since the hotel is being remodeled.

I have stayed here before...which was Excellent...but the second time I was here...it was not very good.
The room I stayed the second time I was ehre were not very well maintained. The "executive" suites which are newer than the original building, were requested, and therefore more worn out. They had wobbly furniture, lights that did not ...

This location did not make me smile as Embassy Suites normally do.
I am accustomed to the E.S. in Franklin, Tn(which spoiled me) I would not reccommend the E.S. in Jacksonville. It seemed very dated although the bed was still comfy and breakfast good enough. The atmosphere seemed strange, alot of people up late at night looking over the railings, hanging in the hall. Just gave me the creeps.

Read other reviews about rooms being damp and my experience was just that. We went with a soccer team and everyone was saying their rooms were damp and you hear the AC all night. Service was excellent. Breakfest sounds and looks great, but cold all five days of our stay. Would not return, weak for an Embassay.

Great location and great staff. The steakhouse does a great job of taking care of the customer. Great wine selection and the drinks are all well made. One of the best indoor pools I have seen in a long time. I found any problem was taken care of right away and followed up on. Very good internet connection. Rooms are very clean with large bathrooms. I will be returning often.
