  • the Manager was very rude

    I was not so much dissatisfied with the the cleanliness as i was with the manager's customer service. She was abrupt, she couldn't break not even a smile and to be frank it bothered me how rude she was to her co- workers while she was serving me. I felt unwelcome at her hotel and she didn't have to say it her body language spoke volumes.

    The hotel was nicely situated well off the main road, surrounded by a lawn and landscaping. The pool is big and clean. Friendly staff. The rooms were done in a modern, light-colored decor,very pleasant. Each room has a balconey; some have ocean views. Our balcony looked over the lawn and pool, and we could watch the sun sets, though you can hear ...
