Upon our initial arrival, the room seemed quite satisfactory. However, when we awoke in the morning, we found the room to be roach infested!

Because of lack of time, we did not complain immediately. However, upon arriving home, we sent an e-mail stating our stay was not satisfactory and the reason.

The hotel had everything you need you never have to leave the property. The rooms have internet, there is a breakfast buffet, pool with a waterfall, tiki bar, there is a dance club and several fishing,snorkeling, diving, glass bottom and casino boats on property. The hotel was lovely, the rooms were very spacious and clean with a lovely big balcony with great water view.
Decent sized pool with a waterway view.
Staff were very friendly and attentive to guests.
Went snorkeling on the Quicksilver Catamaran which was located right there. Highlight of our vacation. We did a sunset sail and snorkel with champagne. Crew was funny, educated and made the trip one to remember.

We really had a great time at this hotel. The desk manager Joseph is a one of a kind. He made it a point to go out of his way to help you wiyh anything. Great Service, food and ambience. Wil definitely return.
