If you don't want to get robbed with disney prices this hotel is the one to be at. Overall we are satisfied.

The Holiday Inn Nikki Bird Resort is very close to the Disney World Complex. That is it's greatest attribute. Our room was freshly painted, the door was somewhat hard to open. The toilet bowl and tub were stained from slow water leaks, but clean overall. The Buffet breakfast was a bit pricey. Next time, I'll eat elsewhere. I'd stay again if the price is right.
