Well this was not so bad.The thing that bothered us was the price of the food and the service was terable and the food was nasty. Also the ladies that clean the room they do not speak english so if you need something call the front desk. Our room was clean and no problems. Check out was easy and check in was easy. The location was excellent and my daughter and I really enjoyed the pool. We were in a room right in fromt of the pool. That was great for her. It was very clean and the maid serivce was spectacular. I will stay with you all everytime I get to town.

Well, I paid extra for a room with a view, meaning poolside. Instead, I was put in a room by the parking lot with no view whatsoever. The room itself was fine, but I would like a refund for the extra amount I paid per day (about $11 each day) to get a room "with a view".
